Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2026
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the PodGuest platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website and using our Authority Infrastructure services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
PodGuest provides a platform and system designed to match experts with podcast hosts, manage bookings, and track semantic footprint growth (the "Service"). We are not a traditional PR agency and do not guarantee a specific number of bookings, though our SmartMatch system is designed to optimize placement opportunities.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
- Notify us immediately if you discover any security breaches related to the Service
4. Payment Terms
Fees for the Service are billed on a subscription basis (e.g., $997/month). You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but will provide adequate notice of any changes.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PodGuest and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. Your guest one-sheets and personal brand assets remain your intellectual property.
6. Code of Conduct
When participating in podcasts booked through PodGuest, you agree to conduct yourself professionally, honor all scheduled commitments, and respect the podcast hosts' guidelines. Failure to show up for booked interviews may result in suspension or termination of your account.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall PodGuest, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PodGuest is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
